Seven wonders of Prešov region

The territory of Prešov Self-Governing region is rich in exceptional historical monuments accompanied with the untouched natural resources. To identify the most unique sites in its region, organizers of the Prešov Self-Governing region announced a Contest for the Seven Wonders of the Prešov Region. The contest was compiled by popular vote in order to determine the most beautiful and interisting sites. About 10 707 citizens participated in the contest that took place from October 23, 2008 to January 20, 2009. The brochure presents the winners of the popular vote as it was determined by the citizens.
